Dragon's Tale Brewery is Montclair's first microbrewery & tasting room! Established in 2016, we're also the first all women-owned microbrewery in the Inland Empire, with the first and only (to date) female Brewmaster in the I.E! DTB is the recipient of the 2017 Small Business of the Year Award for the State of California, awarded by Freddie Rodriguez, Assembly Member for District 52.
35 miles east of L.A. and bordering L.A. and San Bernardino counties, DTB is located right off of Central Ave. and the 10 fwy. And, located in North Montclair, DTB is within walking distance of the newly remodeled Montclair Place (formerly known as Montclair Plaza) and close to the Montclair Transit Center (which will soon be the last stop on the Gold Line connecting you directly to Los Angeles)!
Unique Beers
Dragon's Tale Brewery currently uses a 5-barrel system and specializes in unique, small-batch craft beers using all-natural and local ingredients; you will only get the freshest and most flavorful handcrafted beers here! Come in and try one of our signature beers, like our “NIKKAL,” an Imperial Pale Ale brewed with Dragon Fruit, or our “EVIL kNIGHT IPA,” our black IPA brewed with Mango and Black Tea leaves, or the “BEERDLESS DRAGON,” our locally sourced Valencia Orange, Tangerine and Kumquat wheat!

So, from the session beer lover to the dark beer enthusiast, or maybe you’re simply intrigued by something a lot more experimental and outside the box...either way, with our 16 unique craft beers on tap, we promise to have something here you’ll really enjoy! Come try a flight of 6 tasters, and once you discover your favorite(s), you can take them home in either 16 oz. cans or a growler or growlette! Not a beer drinker? Don't worry, we also have a large selection of sodas and teas that you can purchase. AND, our brewery is also the home of ‘BOURBON SQUARES,’ a delectable hand-crafted alcohol-infused butter cream/dark chocolate that's only available here at DTB!
